Job Description:
Are you an experienced Skipper looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a private Catamaran chartering company in the stunning waters of Malta? We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skipper to join our team for a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate a private Catamaran for charter trips around the beautiful Maltese coastline.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort, safety, and enjoyment throughout the charter experience.
- Plan and execute sailing itineraries, considering weather conditions, guest preferences, and safety regulations.
- Maintain the Catamaran in excellent condition, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Manage onboard supplies, including food, beverages, and safety equipment, ensuring adequate provisioning for each trip.
- Supervise and assist crew members, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality, representing the company in a positive light at all times.

Requirements:
- Valid skipper license (minimum RYA Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent) with extensive sailing experience.
- Proven experience as a Skipper on Catamarans/Yachts, with a strong understanding of navigation, seamanship, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and crew members from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make quick, sound decisions in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by charter schedules.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification and STCW training preferred.
- EU National.
- Preference will be given to self-employed skippers.
