Q: How do I view my own sailing opportunities?

A: Go to the yacht owner area and after login you can view existing trip(s) in the "Add/ Edit / Delete/ Sailing Opportunities" area. 

Q: How do I edit/change my personal details

After log in go to the yacht owner area use the links on the left hand side of the page to:- 

• Add / Edit / Delete Sailing Opportunities
  You can add change or cancel your trip in this section.
• Crew profiling
  Order our Crew Profile service to contact crew members direct
• Edit Details
  Update your personal details
• Edit Boat Details
  Update your boat details
• Change Password
  Change your password if you wish

Q: How do I search for specific crew?

A: Please login and go to the yacht owner area. Select Crew Profiles then complete the on screen order details. The profiles will be sent direct to your email address on completion of your selection and payment.

Q: How do I contact yacht crew members?

A: With your free registration service Crew Members will contact you by phone or by email. Please reply to all emails received from crew members promptly and if the trip is cancelled or filled please either remove the opportunity by logging in as above, or email us and we will remove the trip for you. 

Q: My user name and/or password does not work

A: Please check that the spelling is correct and you are using the latest password advised to you. All characters are case-sensitive. This means that if any capital letters are included in the password then they must be typed as a capital letter i.e. John1234 must include the capital "J"

Q: What is my user name?

A: Your user name is your email address currently registered with Crewseekers.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: If you need to be re-advised of your password at any time, go to the green login box, click on "forgotten password" and enter your listed email address then press 'submit'. A new password will be automatically sent to your email box.

Q: How can I change my Password?

A: You can change your password after log in by going to the crew seekers members area (blue button) and click on Change Password in the left hand column. For security reasons this needs to be at least 8 characters a mix of upper and lower case text and at least one digit. You will be advised on screen when successfully changed.

Q: I am registered as a Yacht Owner and a Crew Member - can I use the same email address?

A: If you are registered as a yacht owner and a crew member your email address is your user name and this has to be unique for you to log in as crew or yacht owner as they are different services. To get around this issue we need to have one email address for you as a crew and a different one as a yachtowner.

Direct Sailing Adverts 

Adverts appear in the Direct Sailing Section ( blue button) - the advert list order and example also shown at the foot of the home page are randomly positioned each time you view to give all users equal ranking and keep the content of the pages fresh. You can add a new advert with a picture if you wish to these pages by going to the yacht owner area - log in and click on the Direct Sailing link.
