Flotilla Mechanic/Engineer - Neilson Holidays

To take ownership of the maintenance of flotilla yachts, providing excellent care and service to all guests according to agreed Company standards, policies and procedures.
To be flexible in working hours to ensure yachts are fully functional whenever possible.

Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of Neilson yachts and equipment to ensure the meeting of brochure specifications and guest expectations.

Work as part of a team to pro-actively provide assistance to all guests using the yachts each day.

Assist in providing a safe and enjoyable working environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to, for both staff and guests.

To assist in organising and hosting social events on most evenings, and generally interact with guests on a regular basis.

Be prepared to move between different resorts according to operational needs and to fulfil your contracted end date.

Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties within reason as requested by your manager.
These are the main accountabilities however these may vary according to your resort.
Qualifications and Experience required:
Engineering mechanical or electrical;NVQ level 3 motor vehicle or equivalent
First Aid certificate valid for the duration of the contract.
Educated to GCSE standard.
