First Class Sailing is a busy RYA Sailing School and sailing holiday provider. We are looking for a Chief Instructor / Operations Manager to ensure we deliver a great experience to our customers and to play a key part in shaping the continued growth and future of the business.

You need to be a Yachtmaster Instructor who is looking for a new and exciting role, working with a small but expanding team, where your ideas and capabilities will be appreciated. The role is shore based with the occasional requirement to instruct. The work that will be expected of you will require excellent maintenance skills and strong administrative, organisational and communication skills. You will need a customer service approach. All other skills will be useful, but you must have a desire to keep learning and improving.
