Immediate - Windjammer Purser/Activities Mate

Seeking a Purser/Activities Mate onboard the historic SV Mandalay, a 3 mast historic Tall Ship cruising year-round in the Caribbean for week-long cruises carrying appx 58 passengers and 2 dozen crew. Purser/Activities Mate contract length is flexible, but is generally 4-6 months.
Compensation is a base monthly salary, tips, sales commission on onboard merchandise & shore excursions. A partial flight allowance, as well as paid vacation time. also a bonus eligibility upon contract completion are included.
Must love people, hosting activities & have a sense of adventure and enjoy the West Indian islands and culture. Basic STCW certificates are mandatory and candidate must either have or be willing to acquire them ASAP.
