Skipper for Cabin Charter

We are looking to recruit professional skippers with experience in either the flotilla or charter yacht industry to run our cabin charter yachts in Greece for the summer season 2024. The positions run from April to October / November, depending upon sales progress during the season.
The yacht runs one and two week cruises, mainly around the Cyclades Islands in the Aegean. The cruises will be a mixture of private charters and mixed groups, the latter following set itineraries, who may wish to take part in sailing the yacht.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the yacht, including supervising any necessary repairs and routine servicing, organizing laundry, cleaning and provisioning. You will be used to operating with minimal shore side support where the management of the wider aspects of the operation are as important as the sailing.
