Description
As one of our Flotilla Skippers or 1st mates, you will be responsible for running a flotilla of up to a maximum of 12 yachts. Assisted by your lead crew, you will lead initial and daily client briefings, covering all aspects of their holidays, including technical yacht briefings, safety matters, navigation, and cruise itineraries.
