Experienced - lots of coastal, and wanting offshore experience or ideally offshore experience.
Must be able to stand watches, use chart plotters, handle the sails, assist with any ongoing work that might normally be found on board a sailboat. In general provide help and assistance to move the boat safely over long distances.
No drugs, must be willing to work with others, share equally in costs - provisions, diesel. You pay entry and exit fees for yourself, I cover me and the boat
