Commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with ENG1 required as Skipper with well-established sail training organisation for 2018 season YM Instructor preferred. South & East coast ports for coastal & cross Channel passages. Experience of large sailing vessels, preferably traditional gaff-rig, essential. Ideal candidate will have empathy with youth of today as they will be expected to interact with trainees to instruct and motivate. Salary circa £2,200 plus extras.
