Description
Looking for one or two crew to join us (Jon and Kristi) for the jump from Mexico (Puerto Vallarta or Zihuatanejo) to the Marquesas Islands. Our Island Packet 485 is a large and very seaworthy sailboat with a lot of space. Experience is not as important as having a positive attitude and a desire to pull your weight (helping with watches and meals) while having fun!
Jon, 43 is a retired pilot and Kristi, 39 is a retired nurse. We have been cruising Mexico and are ready to make the jump to the South Pacific. We are full-time cruisers and our only goal is to have a great time while being safe. We will be crossing around March 1st, 2018. Flexibility is helpful as we will be waiting for the best (safest) weather window to begin the journey.
The only contribution would be any normal visa/immigration fees.
