Looking for 2nd mate for 2018 around Ibiza

For season 2018, i am looking for 2nd crew that will report to my Italian captain on a true classic Herreshoff NYYC 40 schooner from 1915. Movie legend Warren Beatty used to own Vixen.
Activities are around 25 hrs of maintenance work p/week and besides, keeping boat in safe waters when wind conditions are bad + crewing on charter days as a host.
Its not a well paid job but you can live on the boat so you have little expenses. You get a small basic salary and money p/charterday
Not a lot of experience needed but looking for someone with good motivation and willingness to learn. Boat will be on anchor so person must be able to handle the sea movements. We will be attending 2 or 3 fun regattas this season and did about 30 charter days last year so it leaves quite some time to explore the island. Captain and crew can use boat as they like around Ibiza as we send the charter groups to where the boat is. You will have your own cabin with shower and toilet. Send message if interested.
