Description
A commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with ENG1 is required as Skipper of a converted Baltic trader, for a well-established sail training organisation. Immediate start through until November. Sailing South & East coast ports for coastal & cross-Channel passages with groups of young people. Experience of large sailing vessels, preferably traditional gaff-rig, essential. Ideal candidate will have empathy with the youth of today as they will be expected to interact with trainees to instruct and motivate. Monthly salary circa £2,500 plus extras.
