Captain - Charter, St Thomas USVI

Looking for a Captain for a busy day charter vessel, both private and charter. Based out of St. Thomas, USVI. American citizenship most appropriate due to the fact that the vessel goes to the BVI daily and in and out of US customs, accordingly. Long standing Green Card, may suffice, but US citizenship likely easiest. Qualified candidate will have at least 5 years experience running a motor vessel in the 60' range or higher, mechanically inclined, hold USCG Masters of 100 ton or higher (or equivalent) and STCW, at minimum. US flag vessel. May be some overnight charters with owner but mostly day trips in and around the USVI and BVI. Looking for a team player with good communication and leadership skills.
