Short term skipper position with longterm option

Seeking a skipper for Grand Cayman/Cayman Islands who can temporarily replace our current captain who is going on vacation on August 20 for a few weeks.

The vessel is a 64 foot (hull length) wooden pirate ship replica and the most famous ship here in Cayman Islands and beyond.

The vessel is used for cruises and charters, scheduled and party cruises, day tours with swim and snorkel stops and sunset cruises along the breath taking Seven Mile Beach.

We might consider not even doing trips in that time but the applicant must be taking care of the vessel (bilge pumps, batteries, etc.) and able to bring the vessel to safety (around the island through shallow waters) if weather conditions require.
