Skilled crew, engineer/skipper needed in Panama

Our Turkish Gulet is in need of skilled crew, project manager/engineer to help during the current preparations/repairs, ready to cross the canal and start operating in the Caribbean coast of Panama (Colon and Kuna Yala) transporting backpackers within Panama waters and providing logistical help to the charity Geoparadise with indigenous outreach projects in the area . Once on the Caribbean also a skipper will be needed as our current local one will not work on that coast.
Electrical and carpentry work is what is currently needed so we are looking for crew with those type of skills and experience, as well as general sailing/boating experience.
Ideally if candidates are able to communicate in Spanish and English.
The boat s owned by a Panama company and we can only offer volunteer positions or paid positions at standard local rates for these type of jobs. Please, bear in mind we cannot afford to pay high salaries like in the western countries since vessel is not generating cash.
