Commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with ENG1 required as Mate with well-established sail training organisation. Based on a renowned Edwardian yawl, the sailing area will mainly be East and South coast ports, UK for coastal & cross-Channel passages. The ideal candidate will have some experience of large sailing vessels, preferably traditional gaff-rig plus an empathy with youth of today as crew are expected to interact with trainees to instruct, encourage and motivate. We are looking for someone who has substantial sailing experience and is ready for progression. The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check. Interviews to be held in Essex, UK
Paid position with scheduled leave periods.
