SKIPPER - Croatia/ Greece Summer 2024

We provide Mediterranean flotilla sailing holidays.

We are recruiting Skippers. Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, we would like to hear from you !

As Skipper, your main duties will centre around sailing and client interaction, undertaking the following:
- Ensuring the safety of guests and your yacht throughout the week
- Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of your yacht
- Preparations of breakfast and lunch onboard your yacht in line with company standards (basic menu provided)
- Interact and socialise with guests, teaching guests basic sailing skills
- Provide daily briefings to guests informing them of the plans for the day and the activities available in the local area
- Follow the instructions of the Lead Skipper at all times
- Be a great team player, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- EU applicants preferable
