Description

After ten years of sailing between Spain, the Canary Islands, Cape Verde, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Cape Horn, Patagonian Channels, Chile, French Polynesia, Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Micronesia, Yap, Philippines, my old sailboat dating from the 60s, completely built in wood, including the mast, in addition to its annual maintenance, needed a restoration and an integral check-up to be able to continue sailing the seas. So I decided to stop in Malaysia, where I have been one year and four months now, restoring it completely.
The ship is a pilot class S&S from the 60s.
My offer is not to navigate, but to offer anyone interested in learning marine carpentry and to recover, restore and renovate a wooden boat so that it can continue to safely sail the oceans.
For this I offer free food and accommodation in exchange for help.
Surely this is also part of the navigation and probably the acquired experiences could be useful for anyone who loves sailing.
A presto.
