Description

This season Tunnel Vision will be based on the Vilaine river on the Atlantic France coast which gives lots of opportunities to explore Morbihan and Quiberon bays and the Loire region to Nantes. From June to October we cruise for one to two weeks exploring the harbours and anchorages of the mainland and islands along the coast.
For the rest of this season we are based in La Rochelle spending time sailing to the Ile D'Oleron and Ile de Re (reputedly the second sunniest place in France) which is in sheltered waters much the same as the Solent.
Our trips are anywhere between 2-8 hours in daylight only and we take time out to explore places of interest and to walk and cycle the coastal paths as well as experiencing the culture that France has to offer.
