Senior Skipper /Operations Manager

Senior Skipper /Operations Manager (poss.couple) for this new charter boat operation which we are planning to base at Portavadie, Loch Fyne,Argyll using Classic Yachts.

The Senior Skipper would require to have a hands-on approach as the position would be not only one of being the senior skipper on-site with the responsibility of all the boats under his/her leadership, which will include sailing duties but also record-keeping and boat management. The manager would work closely with the home office with regard to matters relating to the boats and charters. The senior skipper will select the Skippers for each boat, and will check and supervise these skippers. It is proposed that liveaboard accommodation will be provided at Portavadie - The position will be discussed In full along with proposed salary at Interview.
