Club Racing on the Mersey and beyond

Liverpool based Elan 350 (35ft) looking for regular crew for local club races. We race out of Liverpool Marina most Sundays, tide permitting. We're also looking to build up a regular crew for longer jaunts e.g. Isle of Man Midnight Race, Round Ireland, Fastnet etc.

While experience is always preferable, we could give consideration to accepting lesser experienced crew who are willing to learn and are able to commit the time (within reason of course!).

As most of our races are with Liverpool Yacht Club, there's a day membership fee of £5 per race payable short term however it would then be anticipated that membership of Liverpool Yacht Club would be required longer term. We also operate a boat kitty of £5 per race which is solely used to cover race entry fees and so that nobody gets stung for the first round of drinks in the bar afterwards.
