Description
Commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with ENG1 required as Mate for well-established sail training organisation. Based in UK ports for coastal and cross Channel passages. The ideal candidate will have some experience of large sailing vessels plus an empathy with youth of today as crew are expected to interact with trainees to instruct, encourage and motivate. We are looking for someone who has substantial sailing experience and is ready for progression. The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS clearance. Seasonal contract starting February through until November. Paid position with scheduled leave periods. Interviews to be held in Essex, UK on Tuesday 17 December 2019.
