In search of a Navigator - Your experience for free sailing
We have a 1940s Hillyard 37ft Ketch-it lies at Ichenor Reach Chichester. We purchased her a year ago and have done a lot of modernising below deck. Last season we ran out of time to get any sailing done. We have RYA Coastal Skipper certification but very rusty with tides and the Solent. We spent most of the last 20years sailing in Croatia and Greece.
We need a friendly.patient and knowledgable navigator to help us enjoy the boat this coming season. Your experience in return or free sailing. Male or Female any age as long as you are fit, able and sober. Smoking on deck is fine
The yacht has good level of brand new safety equipment including lifejackets extinguishers and flares suitable for coastal sailing
We are also open to having another deck hand to help out on occasions.
