Description
I wish to relocate my Linssen 40.9 from Bordeaux up to the UK. This is a single-engined semi-displacement motor yacht with a cruising speed of 8kts. It is fitted with Raymarine equipment, AIS and autopilot, with up to date Navionics charts etc. I am looking for an experienced skipper to plan and complete the voyage with me on dates and over a duration as required, as I do not have sufficient coastal experience nor the qualifications to complete this voyage with confidence. I know my boat extremely well, and have sailed her from Holland to the Med on the inland waterways without issue, plus one cross channel hop. It is a comfortable boat, steel-hulled, built in 2009 and bought from the factory in 2015 after a full manufacturer overhaul.
