Greek Isles June, Oct-Nov Med and Atlantic

I am looking for one or two crew members to hop the Greek islands and maybe further. This is an attempt for finding interesting and capable crew to cross the Atlantic (my second time) and hopefully sail around the world. Of course the crew for the circumnavigation has the choice to join me for one or more legs or for the whole trip.
I am a certified meteorologist and an experienced boatowner/skipper/mechanic/ electrician/sailing instructor with more than 23 years of experience and have sailed in various oceans and places of the globe. When I sail in the Mediterranean I don't need help and night watches. I can do everything all alone in almost all conditions. Of course, later, for ocean sailing I will need crew capable to stand alone on their watch when I will be resting. I need motivated people who will be good sailing buddies for good sailing company.
