I want to take my boat back down to the Mediterranean next year. When there, leisurely cruising towards Greece and Turkey. Compatability and basic competence aboard is very important. Sailing skills can be learned along the way and before departure but safety comes first. This could be a long term arrangement with breaks as suit. The boat has been in my ownership for 26 years and is in excellent order, fully equipped for basic comforts without the frills. Monitor self steering, radar active AIS, Furuno chartplotter etc Epirb, Ocean liferaft plus usual safety equipment.
