Chef/Stew/Crew , NZ/Australia

This is an all encompassing role for a well presented and hardworking individual. The successful applicant must be extremely personable and fastidious by nature, enjoy providing a clean and tidy environment, and be a talented cook and hostess.
Main duties include:
- Maintaining the interior of the yacht to a very high level of cleanliness, tidiness and organisation.
- Service staterooms as required, and manage the provisioning of them.
- Responsible for the galley, bar and provisioning for both.
- Menu plan in consultation with the owner. Must be conversant with the requirements of providing a strictly gluten free diet for some on-board.
- Prepare and serve all meals, drinks and snacks on board.
- Arrange provisioning as and when necessary.
- Cater and host for guests on board.
- Assist with sailing, docking and deck duties when required.
- Assist with watch keeping when required.
