Description
In March 2021, I will transfer our Trimaran Dragonfly 35 from Lisbon to Kiel. The trip will be split into three non-stop legs:
1. Lisbon to La Coruna; 350nm, ~36hours
2. La Coruna to Cherbourg (F) or Solent (UK); 500nm, ~48hours
3. English Channel to Kiel via Kiel Canal, 500nm to Brunsbuettel, ~48hours
We are hoping for a nice downwind weather window, but we may have to do some beating. We have Screecher and Gennaker on board. Looking for 2 competent crew, particularly for Leg 2 and 3.
Currently, there are not travel restrictions to Portugal or Spain from any EU / Schengen Countries, but a negative COVID PCR test (<72h) will be required (paid by crew). Before boarding, a 15min rapid test will also be performed by an expert (at no extra cost).
