We are looking for Watch Leaders with sail training experience to join our professional team on board our Oyster 80 Sail Training Ketch for the 2021 season. Based on the West Coast of Scotland we have a busy schedule of sail training voyages for students from a world famous independent school. Please note that working on vessels over 20m and leading watches of young people in a sail training setting is essential experience for this post.
