Day Trips on the Solent

We have a 2008 39DS Jeanneau sailboat based in Portsmouth. We are looking for an extra hand throughout the summer for sailing day trips out in the Solent. We would expect to go out ~10am and return ~4pm on various sunny days this summer, so notice may be short.
Ideally we would like someone that is considerate around children and enjoys a relaxing sail. Some trips we may look to stop at another port for the night so flexibility around travel options would also be required at times.
Should be fit enough to safely step to docks/locks and handle lines.
There may be longer trip possibilities in the future.
