Stew/Deckhand

Seeking a positive and equable individual to join a 29m new build sailing yacht.

The position aboard is multifaceted, focusing heavily upon interior tasks and guest service. While the job will encompass sailing along with maintaining & cleaning the boat, the ideal candidate will possess a team oriented attitude and an eye for detail. One must thrive in a tight knight environment and take pride in their work with the ability to follow instruction and excel independently.

The position will commence in Germany, eventually sailing to the Mediterranean before heading west to the Caribbean and beyond.

Experience sailing in a professional or amateur capacity is required in addition to references. Prior time aboard a large vessel is not a necessity, although an eagerness to learn and an upbeat disposition is required. Undoubtedly a paid position to sail the globe is alluring; however, if you cannot envision cleaning a toilet regularly this is not the job for you.
