Position: Captain & Stew/Chef - full time
Yacht: Oyster 825 - Built 2014 - Refitted: 2019
Contract: Start: ASAP
Salary: A combined salary of £6,000p/m - with a 25% reduction when not on charter.
Benefits: Employment through an offshore crew employment company.
Location/Programme: March 2021 – Mallorca until November 2021, then the ARC, then on to St Lucia until April 2022, then back to Mallorca for the season and then back to the Caribbean for the Winter.
Owners: The Owner is British and runs the yacht for Charter only.
Captain: RYA Yachtmasters offshore (sail) with commercial endorsement (minimum), ENG1, STCW (or personal survival & first aid) or equal equivalents.
Chef/Stew: ENG1, STCW, Food & Hygiene level 2. Must be able to produce high end quality, exciting food. Comfortable managing interior, provisioning, catering and assisting on deck. Sailing experience essential and able to assist on all areas of the Yacht, including help with mooring, lines and fenders.
