ASAP! Captain / Engineer

You will be responsible for the total operation of the Boat and managing the boat crew on a friendly basis while still maintaining the crew and to take control of the situation with responsibilities for everything from planning, organizing, managing and handling all matters

Ensuring the enjoyment of all guests onboard. And, of course, you are the navigator. Must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to address concerns and issues and should be able to determine the work and tasks that needs to be done on a daily basis and must ensure the standards of the procedures used by boat crew should be up to quality with promptness and efficiency
