Deckhand / Stew For Hilton Head SC Day Charters

Immediate opening for an experienced deckhand/stew. The vessel charters 4-6 times per week both day and evening dinner cruises at an average of $5-6k per charter. Tips between 12-20% in addition to salary split equally among 3 crew.

Deckhand duties include:
1. Daily maintenance of the exterior of the vessel.
2. Crew operations while underway
3. Assisting the Captain on pro-active maintenance projects.

Stew duties include:
1. Maintaining daily interior charter preparedness (guests are not allowed in the staterooms)
2. Teaching watersports and driving the jetboat during day charters.
3. Cocktail, Lunch & Dinner service.
4. Bartending duties from a pre-defined cocktail menu.

This position is fast-paced during the summer months from May 15 to October 15. Vessel will re-position to the Bahamas and/or the Caribbean for winter term charters.
