Deckhand for Summer season needed

We are a Charter company which operates the Pilot Cutter Hesper, a 60’ wooden gaff rigged pilot cutter that operates private charters out of Fore Points marina in Portland, Maine

Our program is based off of a high service standard, while sailing the boat to its full potential and having fun doing it! We do day sails, chicken and waffle Bloody Mary brunches, sunset trips and wine tastings, all for up to 6 passengers.

We are currently looking for either full time or part time crew who want to spend the summer sailing! Experience sailing is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidates. Crew should be physically fit and able to handle the vigors of not only sailing a traditionally rigged boat, but providing top customer service and serving drinks. You definitely work hard but our clients see that and it shows in the tips!

Our sailing season runs from now until late October. We generally run a maximum of 3 trips a day.
