Lead Bowman - Racing from Antigua

A new Caribbean racing campaign started in Jan 2022 aboard Nautor's new Swan 58.
We had a very successful start in St Maarten winning all four races and our class, next is BVI, St Barth and Antigua.
Our performance team is short of 2 competent racing crew, and the suitable candidate will have a CV which includes:
1. You will preferably be local to Antigua and/or the Caribbean
2. At least 2 seasons proven experience as lead bowman on a yacht around 60ft-70ft LOA
3. Be able to demonstrate good communication skills between the boat captain, pitman and mast man to ensure a smooth race
4. Able to attend training trials - Antigua 24th March onwards.
This is a Corinthian sailing role, and therefore NOT a paid position, however, travel, board and reasonable expenses will be covered, essentially it won’t cost you anything to be on the boat.
