Sail from Lofoten to Stavanger this November

Edit: I've reopened this opportunity as the voyage is taking longer than anticipated and one crew member is having to go ashore. We will be near Trondheim this weekend (26th nov), then Kristiansund, then Molde, then Ålesund. Final destination is still Stavanger.

I'm looking for crew to sail my Cecilia from Lofoten to Stavanger, setting sail mid November and taking up to three weeks to complete the voyage. It will be a combination of coastal and ocean sailing. The skipper will be my brother who is a professional yachtsman and the opportunity here is to learn some serious sailing skills in harsh conditions, sailing from inside the Arctic circle in late autumn.
