Description
Contract: Start date: Either early November for the crossing from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean or by 10 December in the Caribbean
Salary: A combined salary of €8,000p/m.
Benefits: Employment direct with the owner, the contract will be MLC regulation.
Crew Requirements: The crew will have at least two years previous experience working on a similar size commercial yacht and providing extremely high standards onboard including fine dining. Personality is very important as the yacht has a very high repeat client rate, that the owner would like to maintain. You must know naturally when to serve, when to chat and when to disappear into the background. Fluent English is required.
Captain: Yachtmaster offshore (sail) with commercial endorsement (minimum), ENG1, STCW (or personal survival & first aid) or equivalents. As well as, minimum of two years relevant experience. Stew: ENG1, MCA approved Food & Hygiene level 2. There is already a chef on board.
