Description

We sre looking to hire a full time Captain & Mate team for our
Challenge 72, Sea Dragon.

They will be responsible for maintaining the vessel to Category 0
standards, managing between one and three volunteer deckhands, and
leading groups of up to 11 guests on near shore and ocean-crossing
sail training voyages. There are occasional more full-service
scientific expeditions as well. The start date is mid January, with
an initial one year contract, but potential for longer commitment.
The 2022 sailing season is based in the North Pacific.
Requirements:

At least one member of the team must have:
MCA approved Proficiency in Medical Care for Persons in Charge
Captain:
Commercially Endorsed RYA/IYT Yachtmaster Ocean
Current ENG-1
US/Canadian Citizen OR B1/B2 visa OR ability to obtain B1/B2 visa
Mate:
Commercially Endorsed RYA/IYT Yachtmaster Offshore
Current ENG-1
