Description

Contract: Start date: 12th January 2022
Salary: €4,000p/m - plus an additional incentive payment in the case of a commercially successful season.
Benefits: The contract will be MLC regulation. Medical care and accident cover provided .
Programme: The yacht operates in the Caribbean and the Med, with two 7-10 week breaks for maintenance and delivery.
Chef Requirements: STCW, ENG1, MCA approved Food & Hygiene level 2. Formal training is preferable and they should be able to produce high end quality, exciting food. They should have at least two years previous experience working on board a similar charter run yacht.
Fluent English is essential.
Tasks: Cook high end, exciting Mediterranean cuisine for 8 Charter guests.
Excellent organisational skills and provisioning required.  
Be friendly and used to busy calendar and fast charter turn arounds.
Carry out watches when required.
Assisting on deck and any areas of the Yacht if required.
Be a team player.
