Skipper required for well established Sail Training organisation to work across it's fleet for the 2022 season.
Experience of large sailing vessels essential and knowledge of traditional gaff rigged vessels is desirable.
Experience of commercial vessel requirements and boat maintenance is essential.
The ideal candidate will have an empathy with the youth of today and ideally have experience of working with young people as they will be expected to interact with trainees to instruct, encourage and motivate.
The successful candidate will need to be a team player with a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will hold or be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Salary negotiable depending on experience starting £24,000 pa pro rata.
