Looking for happy, flexible, positive crew members who are keen to muck in and learn.
I'm agnostic about where we go, and/or for how long. Midweeks are often fine, as I work for myself and run my own diary - let's not leave all the fun to the weekends.
A day sail to get to know each other and the boat; a potter up to Port Solent for the night; or a week or so down the Jurassic Coast or further West? All things are possible.
Whatever else though, only cheerful, enthusiastic, growth-orientated folks please; if you're one of life's victims, and everything is hard work please do us both a favour and buddy up elsewhere.
Most things will go well and we'll have a blast - but stuff WILL go wrong; the weather will turn, the tides will be foul, we'll be late back and tired... When they do, are you ready to put on your 'resilient pants,' jump back up and get stuck in, and take life as "a learn?"
