First mate / captain in alternance

Éole is a one off design yacht built in La Rochelle, due for launch mid April 2022.
The first mate will assist the captain, who has been with the owners family for many years.
Handling the boat as soon as it is launched. Sea trials and management with the boat yard.
Delivery from La Rochelle to Greece via Portugal, Majorca and Sardinia then Summer cruising in Greece. Prepare and accompany the boat until winterisation.
Be able to replace the captain for intermediate periods in navigation and management of the boat.
The first mate should also be able to assist with managing the boat, help with preparation of meals, on board cash management.
He / she will contribute to the good family atmosphere on board with tact and discretion.
Languages spoken, English necessary. French, Greek, Italian, although not necessary would be an advantage.
