About the yacht
28m private sloop, British flag.
We are looking for a captain for a 28m private sailing yacht currently in South of France for 4 months in July, August, September and October with possibility of extending the contract.
Start: July - this is a seasonal contract but could become permanent
Location: Mediterranean
Package: paid in Euros, leave included
Candidates currently in Europe only please
Skills and Attributes Required: Captain
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Captain on 20m + S/Y
• Strong knowledge and sailing experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
• Experience overseeing de-rigging operation
• Good knowledge of the English
Qualifications Required:
• Yacht Master Minimum
• STCW Basic Safety Training certificate (Fully Updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (valid for minimum 6 months)
Open to Male and Female candidates
Non-Smokers/No Visible Tattoos preferred
