We are currently recruiting skippers to work in the Mediterranean for the summer. Our roles are based in Greece and Croatia. You will be working a flexible role between a Bareboat Skipper - where you will be based on one yacht with guests supporting in creating their holiday and Flotilla Skipper - where you will be on a lead boat guiding a group of yachts between locations. In this role you will be supported by flotilla host and technician.
Based on monohulls and catamarans between 35-58ft
Must hold RYA Yachtmaster (Coastal or Offshore) commercially endorsed and an EU Passport
