Yachtmaster Instructors in the Med!

We have a fantastic opportunity to work in the Mediterranean as a Yachtmaster Instructor!

Our Yachtmaster Instructors are based in Greece and Croatia. The sailing school team usually consists of a Yachtmaster Instructor and a team of Cruising Instructors. 

You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the sailing school, including delivery of the RYA syllabus, day-to-day management of the team, driving revenue, and ensuring yachts are set up to Sunsail and RYA standards

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have experience managing a team. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do so being highly customer-orientated is a must, with great interpersonal skills.

This salary package will include a competitive salary, accommodation, travel to and from the base, and provisions while on charter.
