Join our team as a Flotilla/Bareboat Skipper!

We have fantastic opportunities to join our teams across the Mediterranean in Croatia and Greece as a Flotilla/Bareboat Skipper! This is a flexible role dependant on your skills and strengths.

Applicants with an EU passport or right to work in Croatia preferred. Work permits provided for UK candidates.

As the Skipper you will be responsible for your vessel and your guests'/the lead boat while supporting guests on their individual yachts, ensuring they enjoy their holiday while always taking safety into consideration. As well as encouraging teamwork and ensuring all crew are fulfilling their duties.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills that is a team player with a very sociable and positive personality. Experience in a customer focused environment is also required as well as basic yacht maintenance skills

This salary package will include a competitive salary, accommodation, travel to and from the base and provisions while on charter.
