Description
Join to sail and explore exotic Cape Verde archipelago located in the Atlantic Ocean between Africa and the Canaries. There will be a good dose of sailing but also enough time to explore the islands. No previous experience is required.
You will be an active member of the crew and we will provide practical trainings on board so that you can learn as much or as little as you want.
Anticipated route (~280 NM): Sal - Boavista - Santiago - Santa Luzia - Sao Nicolau - Santo Antao - São Vicente
If you are an aspiring Skipper or Yachtmaster, it will be an excellent opportunity to gain some bluewater miles in more shaltered waters, practice navigation, pilotage and COLREG. The opportunity will also be there to act as a skipper for your RYA Yachtmaster qualifying 60M passages.
