Description
53 foot Durbeck Ketch sailing with owner, from Florida gulf coast to Republic of Panama mid February 2023. Landfall and port of entry will be Linton Bay marina very close to the San Blas islands. All crew should have a valid US passport. Possible exceptions. Length of voyage approximately two weeks. Offshore experience is very helpful. The general sailing route will be either through the Bahama islands or to the take the old Bahama channel from the Florida Keys to Windward passage if a mild "norther" becomes opportune. From the Windward passage it is a reach all the way to Panama. I've made this sail 3 times before and it should be an excellent sail on this heavy 53 foot ketch with ample sail area.
