Hello,
We are currently hiring for the position of Cook/Mate aboard the Pilot Cutter Hesper. We operate 4 day/3 night trips out of Camden Maine, from Mid May-Mid October. We are looking for a talented cook and sailor. Our maximum passenger count for passengers is 6, but lots of our bookings are for just couples at the moment. This is great opportunity for a talented amateur cook to be able to shine in a lower pressure environment. We use local ingredients, and our fare is mostly lighter "Mediterranean style". Our trips are custom and include lots of sailing, island adventures, Barn Suppers at local farms (don't need to cook dinners that night) and rock climbing.
